1. Purpose of personal data processing
We process the information you provide to fulfill a contract we have entered into with you or the organization you represent. We cannot contact you in matters related to the contract, manage your digital customer account, deliver a newsletter or invoice our products or services, or monitor or collect payments without processing personal data.
For what purposes we use personal data:
• Customer relationship management
• Identification of registered customers when logging into the NATUR APATYKA service
• Processing of order to fulfill the contract or to fulfill our legal obligations (for example, the purchase and delivery of the products ordered from the online store)
• Responding to customer service requests based on contract, consent or legal obligation.
• Electronic marketing
• Managing NATUR APATYKA's loyalty program
2. What personal data do we process?
If you use the services of our e-shop or establishments (i.e. stores and distribution points), we process various types of data about you.

• Company / organization name
• Address
• Email address
• Login information
• Phone number
• Purchase history
• Ordered products and their billing and payment information
• Electronic marketing permits
We keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. We keep your personal data for a maximum of about seven years to comply with our accounting obligations. Before this, we try to minimize the data that is processed. You can also influence the data retention periods yourself, for example request to restrict processing or delete your personal data.
3. Source of information
Personal information is information provided by the registered customer, which the customer can edit and view by logging into the service at www.naturapatyka.cz and selecting the option own information.
4. Transfer of information
The information is used within the company. Information is not transferred to other outside parties except when required by the authorities.
5. Principles of registry protection
The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is properly protected from outsiders with firewalls and other technical means of protection. The register is not kept as a paper printout. The register is used only by users whose job description includes its use. Each user of the register has a personal username and password. Users are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
6. Data transfer outside the EU and EEA
Information is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
7. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information
Customers have the right to review their own information and approvals on the NATUR APATYKA service's own pages. The customer also has the right to receive a copy of his personal data. The customer also has the right to demand correction or rectification of the information.

What kind of influence do you have?
Right of access: The right of access gives you the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, as well as other supplementary information, provided that providing the data does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to rectification and erasure of data: You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, completed if it is incomplete, or erased. Information is not deleted if it is necessary, for example, to prepare, present or defend a legal claim.
Data transfer: If you wish, you can also have your personal data, which we process automatically on the basis of consent or agreement, transferred to you or a third party in a machine-readable format.
Right to prohibit direct marketing and related profiling: You can at any time prohibit the transfer and processing of your data for direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Right to object and limit: You can object to processing based on a legitimate interest, on grounds related to your personal situation.
Right to complain: You can file a complaint with the authority if your personal data has been processed in violation of this privacy statement and the legislation at any given time.
If the consumer feels that his rights guaranteed by the data protection regulation are not realized or have been violated, the consumer can:
- Contact an organization whose processing of personal data has deficiencies and demand that they correct their procedure
- Report to the data protection commissioner
- File a lawsuit directly in court
